Why this exercise

Restores hip rotation so your back stops compensating.

Setup
  1. ·Sit on the floor with both knees bent at 90°: one leg in front, one to the side.
How to do it
  1. 1Lean slightly forward and rotate both knees to switch sides.
  2. 2Land softly with both knees flat to the floor.
  3. 36 switches per side, 2 sets.
Form cues
  • ·Sit tall — don't collapse the chest.
  • ·Move slowly the first few reps.
