Setup
- ·Sit on the floor with both knees bent at 90°: one leg in front, one to the side.
How to do it
- 1Lean slightly forward and rotate both knees to switch sides.
- 2Land softly with both knees flat to the floor.
- 36 switches per side, 2 sets.
Form cues
- ·Sit tall — don't collapse the chest.
- ·Move slowly the first few reps.
